My Name Is Ann Stoehr

My name is Ann Stoehr (but my friends just call me Annie) and I want to welcome you to my blog. I live in the rolling hills of southern Ohio along with my two dogs, Leda and Smokie, and I wanted to create a website where I can share my story of how my life turned around once I learned how to become an unstoppable affiliate.

After graduating from high school, I went right to work in one of the local potteries and was lucky enough to get a receptionist position in the office. I was so relieved that I didn't have to work out in the plant as a mold maker, cup handler, or warehouse worker. It's not that I won't do physical labor or hate hard work, it's just that I love to be able to dress nice, interact with lots of new people, and spend time on the computer. They even gave me a desk plaque with the words "Ann Stoehr – Receptionist" engraved on it! I was comfortable and confident that I could make a decent living and perhaps even "move up the company ladder" one day. But that just wasn't the way things worked out.

Unfortunately, the pottery that I enjoyed working at for the last nine years closed its doors for good and I now found myself struggling to make ends meet. My job in the factory allowed me to live a fairly comfortable lifestyle, but I've always looked for creative ways to work from home and bring in a little extra money each month. I've tried lots of different things – from selling crafts and collectibles at the local flea market to running errands for seniors in my neighborhood, but I've always believed that the Internet held the key to financial freedom for anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit that was willing to learn the necessary skills and techniques of other successful online marketers.

"I Avoided Chasing Those Shiny New Objects"

I read everything I could find about how to work from home and make money on the Internet. Some of the methods I read about just were not suited for me, such as selling SMC products in an online store, or drop-shipping  TV's and high-end electronics, or even doing such things as graphic designs or website creation for others. I wanted to find something that was much simpler to do and that didn't require a lot of start-up money (since I didn't have a lot to begin with and I certainly didn't want to have to borrow any money).

So I kept reading, searching for new ideas, and learning about other online methods that people were using to make money online. I was smart enough to realize early on that it wasn't practical to keep chasing every "shiny new object" that was being promoted by other online marketers, alth0ugh I did make it a habit to get on every e-mail list that I could in order to keep abreast of what was currently the "hot selling item" or the newest money making trend. I've seen plenty of them too. For the longest time it was new product launches.

It seemed like at least two or three new products were being launched every week. Most were claims of "push button software" that you could buy, install, and then with one or two clicks money would start rolling into your PayPal account. Of course, the PayPal account that was getting bigger was the crook that created the product (that obviously only worked for him) and for nobody else. These predatory marketers were taking advantage of the marketing "newbies" and others that thought there was a magical way to make easy money online without doing any real work.

"The Next Big Trend Was Selling Marketing Training Courses"

The next big trend was selling marketing training courses, such as e-books, videos, and memberships to training websites. Training is important, and it's important to keep up with the marketplace as the Internet is very dynamic, but the vast majority of those selling the training courses were promoting outdated methods that haven't worked in years.  Times change, what is working today will most likely become obsolete in a year or two as the major search engines try to stay ahead of the search engine optimization tricks that people use to get their sites ranked higher.

The current practice is to invite other marketers to an online seminar (known as a Webinar), provide some free information that pre-sells the product or course they are promoting, and then spend the last 45 – 60 minutes trying to sell a really high-priced product, piece of software, or a training program that provides no real value at all. Being on so many e-mail lists, I have seen the same offers and webinars being hyped up by an inner circle of marketers that work together to build up each 0thers programs and provide a sense of trust and believability to their claims. It doesn't take long to figure out which marketers are providing real value to their subscribers and which ones are only out to swindle you out of your hard earned money.

"Honest And Ethical Online Marketers"

There are some very honest and ethical marketers working online, although they are in the minority. One such marketer is Andrew Hansen. I had been following another online marketers teachings for a few months (Jennifer – aka PotPieGirl) and found her to be a very trustworthy person who always provided lots of free but helpful information. She had mentioned Andrew Hansen in one of her e-mails and provided a link to his blog site, so I started visiting his blog regularly and then joined his e-mail list. He also provided lots of great information and kept doing so even if you never bought one thing that he was promoting.

Andrew Hansen is the creator of the Unstoppable Affiliate training course. I was following the methods that Andrew was teaching and started applying those methods to my own websites and blogs. I noticed that some of my websites were now moving up the Google rankings, my sites were converting more visitors into paying customers, and I was finally making more than just a few dollars per day with my online marketing efforts. It seems that I had finally found a reliable source of information that I could apply to my business and greatly improve the amount of money that I earn online.

The Unstoppable Affiliate Program

Andrew Hansen and his partner Matt Carter have just released the Unstoppable Affiliate online marketing training course. I was already sold on Andrew's quality of character, his honesty, and his integrity. I had already learned that I could implement the training that he provided and convert it into more sales, better search engine rankings, and higher commissions from my affiliate sales. I didn't hesitate to purchase his Unstoppable Affiliate video training series as soon as it was made available.

I've already jumped right in to the training videos, starting with the Research videos that show how to find high paying affiliate offers that most marketers never even know exist and how to qualify the offers so that you only target the best of the best. Andrew also shows how to find the newest offers, ones so new and fresh that there is literally no online competition at all, but some of these offers already have name recognition as they have already been promoted on TV. Andrew also shows how to effectively analyze your competition so that you can weed out the offers that will be more difficult to promote and allow you to earn money quickly by promoting the offers with the lowest amount of competition.

The next category of videos deals with site strategies, such as how to build your mini sites, the proper layout to use to make the sites appealing to both your visitors and the search engines, how to install WordPress, which WordPress plug-ins to use, and how a profitable mini site should look. Andrew tells about the only two WordPress themes that you should be using (one of which offers a free download) and the proper way to set them up for maximum conversions.

The next section deals with Conversion Strategies and teaches you how to quickly create the best quality content for your sites and turn your readers into buyers. Once your site is set up properly to make sales, you will be shown step by step how to structure your site so that it converts at a high rate while still maintaining its high search engine rankings. It's a tricky battle and you must proceed very carefully here, so this part of the training is absolutely essential. Fortunately Andrew lets you "look over his shoulder" and copy his work exactly so that you are certain to get this part right.

You will also learn the traffic mastery skills needed to drive the right kind of visitors to your site and get them to convert like crazy into instant commissions for you. These are mostly smart search engine strategies as that is where the majority of your traffic will be coming from. You will also learn the most current SEO (search engine optimization) theories and how to build high quality backlinks that will help to push your site to the top of the Google search engine. Andrew also shows you great ways to outsource your chores and scale your business in order to maximize your profitability. All of the necessary resources are also provided in one convenient location and the support staff is just a couple clicks away if you need some assistance.

 The Unstoppable Affiliate Lifestyle

I spend about one week per month traveling and take "mini vacations" even more often. My mini sites earn money for me around the clock – 24/7 – even when I'm traveling, sleeping, or just away from my computer.

The skills you need to learn are all basic computer skills, and you probably have those already – everything else you need to learn is available in the training videos. So take a tip from me, Ann Stoehr, click on the Unstoppable Affiliate link below and visit their website. You can start for just one dollar and check it all out for yourself. You can do this and you should do this.
